Game Producer

Hitapps is a leading GameDev company specializing in puzzle games with over 150 million downloads globally. We are currently seeking a talented Game Producer to join our team and lead the development of high-impact gaming products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of games, from initial concept ideation through to final release and ongoing development.
• Guide and mentor the game development team to ensure project success and high-quality output.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for gaming products while identifying ways to improve product economics and monetization.
• Launch A/B tests and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize gameplay.
• Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the game development industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups.
• Deep understanding of gaming metrics, LiveOps, and effective monetization strategies.
• Proficiency in core game mechanics, user retention techniques, and player psychology.
