We are currently seeking an experienced Game Industry Sourcing Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis to help identify and attract top-tier talent for our growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, professional portfolios, and industry-specific communities.
• Conduct direct outreach and manage first-touch engagement with potential candidates.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with the People team to define role requirements and target candidate profiles.
• Track all outreach activities and candidate responses within our internal tracking systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Solid background in the gaming industry, with specific expertise in the casual games sector.
• Demonstrated success in direct outreach and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and familiarity with creative and technical gaming profiles.
• Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity while maintaining close collaboration with an internal team.
