Game Data Analyst

SUPER PICKLE GAMES is the studio behind Beast Bumpers, a dynamic physics-based PvP brawler available on mobile platforms. We are looking for a Game Data Analyst to join our team and transform raw player data into actionable insights that directly influence our game development and live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own analytical questions end-to-end, from initial business inquiries to clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Deep-dive into player behavior, including retention, engagement, monetization, and PvP economy to uncover the "why" behind the numbers.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize game features and player experience.
• Build and maintain robust dashboards that provide the team with real-time visibility into game performance.
• Manage and improve our data pipeline, ensuring data integrity across Firebase, BigQuery, and other integrated services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data or game analytics, specifically within the mobile F2P sector.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BigQuery and Firebase Analytics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain data pipelines and complex dashboards using visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
• A critical, proactive mindset with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
