We are looking for a high-impact Funnel Strategist to own our acquisition engine, build high-converting funnels, and remove the growth ceiling by shipping new hooks, offers, and angles at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Build complete, end-to-end funnels including opt-in pages, lead magnet flows, webinar/VSL funnels, and follow-up sequences.
- Create and test new marketing angles, hooks, and offers on a continuous cadence to drive qualified leads.
- Reverse-engineer competitor funnels and adapt proven concepts to our market to maintain a competitive edge.
- Launch experiments rapidly, analyze performance metrics with the traffic team, and scale winning funnels aggressively.
- Own the funnel metrics, including CPL, CVR, and booked-call rates, ensuring every funnel contributes directly to revenue.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building high-converting funnels in a direct-response environment with proven revenue results.
- Deep expertise in conversion psychology and hands-on experience with funnel builders like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or Webflow.
- Strong copywriting skills for landing pages and lead magnets, with a focus on benefit-driven, sharp messaging.
- Proficiency in analyzing core funnel metrics and working alongside paid media teams to optimize performance.
- Native or C1 level English proficiency to effectively target the US market.
