Fund Administration Manager - Eastern Europe

Allocator One is seeking a Fund Administration Manager to join our team and manage the operational engine for a portfolio of venture funds. You will act as the primary point of contact for General Partners, handling everything from onboarding and deal execution to regulatory filings and reporting, all supported by our AI-native platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle for venture funds, including LP onboarding, KYC/AML, capital calls, and deal execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for GPs, providing structure and proactive communication to keep fund operations moving at startup speed.
• Review and interpret complex legal documents such as LPAs, subscription agreements, and side letters to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Provide institutional LPs with accurate and timely responses to due-diligence questionnaires regarding fund mechanics and tax obligations.
• Collaborate directly with our engineering team by providing feedback from the field to improve and automate our AI-driven platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an operator with a track record of taking ownership and unblocking complex operational challenges.
• Exceptional responsiveness and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with precision and speed.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and understand complex legal and financial documentation.
• High level of AI fluency, with a desire to leverage LLMs to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
• Professional proficiency in English, with German language skills considered a significant advantage.
