Functional Tester

QualityMinds is seeking two dedicated Functional Testers to join our team and support critical banking transformation projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of complex financial systems, focusing on SEPA payments and agile product development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements within banking and payment-related systems.
• Design and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional testing for banking applications and SEPA-related processes.
• Report and track defects while supporting root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with business, development, and QA teams in an agile environment.
• Utilize Jira and Zephyr for effective test management and defect handling.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in functional testing and defect management.
• Strong background in the banking domain with a solid understanding of SEPA payments.
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and test case design.
• Proven experience working with Jira and Zephyr.
• Experience in agile project environments or banking transformation initiatives.
