Fullstack (React + Node) Engineer

DataArt is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join a growing team supporting a leading U.S. education technology company. You will design and build scalable, high-performance backend and frontend solutions using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies within a cloud-native architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Lead technical decisions in Node.js backend development and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and security issues across complex systems.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical improvements.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years with Node.js.
• 2+ years of experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with database technologies.
• Experience with AI coding technologies like LLMs, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
