Fullstack Java Engineer - AML/ KYC Reporting (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking a skilled Fullstack Java Engineer to join a dynamic project focused on KYC and AML solutions within the financial sector. You will play a key role in developing new functionalities, enhancing existing applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining robust applications using Java and React.
• Creating new functionalities for STR/CTR report generation within the AML system.
• Developing KYC reports and supporting regulatory reporting processes.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to adapt to evolving regulatory changes.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Practical experience with React.js and Oracle Database.
• Experience delivering solutions within the financial services sector, particularly in reporting or compliance.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and experience working with business stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English skills for effective communication.
