Fullstack Engineer

XPLUS SA is seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our team and evolve our runner engine into a robust internal framework for browser automation, no-code testing, and agentic testing of web applications. You will play a central role in developing the core technology that powers our end-to-end testing platform, enabling users to validate complex business processes without writing test code.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and evolve our runner engine into a comprehensive internal browser automation and testing framework.
• Build reusable TypeScript abstractions over Playwright, Puppeteer, and Chrome DevTools Protocol.
• Improve the recording and replay of user actions across complex web applications and SPAs.
• Develop platform-specific integrations for enterprise systems like ERP and CRM.
• Build advanced tooling for diagnostics, traces, logs, and failure analysis to ensure reliable automation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js, with a focus on building internal frameworks rather than just using existing tools.
• Deep understanding of browser automation mechanics, including how Playwright and Puppeteer interact with pages, frames, and DOM changes.
• Ability to analyze unfamiliar web applications using DevTools and translate that understanding into reliable framework code.
• Fluent command of the Polish language.
• Experience with Chrome extensions, browser recording systems, or autonomous web agents is highly relevant.
