Fullstack Engineer (AI agents)

ACAISOFT POLAND is seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join an ambitious team focused on integrating production-grade, governed AI workflows into complex enterprise systems. You will work on high-impact projects, helping to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world enterprise needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to support forecasting models and production planning insights.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into product surfaces, including streaming responses, inline editing, and human-in-the-loop review flows.
• Design and maintain robust systems and APIs that power agentic workflows.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to define and implement innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Manage external integrations such as Slack and email services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall fullstack software development experience with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
• Solid proficiency in Python and modern front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and React.
• Fluency in AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or Claude.
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with microservices architectures and availability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET.
