Fullstack Developer (Node.js/React)

4soft is a team of passionate technologists with over a decade of experience in building digital products, particularly in the blockchain sector. We are currently looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a fast-growing scale-up in the fiat-to-crypto payments space, where you will take ownership of core components of their onramping platform.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and building robust, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Developing and maintaining performant React-based frontend interfaces.
• Owning the development lifecycle end-to-end, from scoping and building to shipping and monitoring.
• Writing secure, well-tested, production-ready code for systems with high uptime requirements.
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure management.

Requirements

• Strong, production-proven experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and its type system.
• Solid backend development experience, preferably in Node.js, though experience in Java, Go, or Python is also welcome.
• Proven frontend experience building and maintaining real-world applications using React or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on production experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A security-conscious mindset regarding data handling and system access.
• C1 level English proficiency for international collaboration and B2 level Polish for internal communication.
