Fullstack Developer (Java / Spring Boot + React / TypeScript)

HigoSense is seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of a healthcare-oriented enterprise application. This role involves working across the entire stack, from backend services to modern frontend interfaces, ensuring the delivery of secure and scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end application functionality, covering everything from database schemas and API design to UI implementation.
• Implement robust REST APIs following clean architecture principles and manage authentication flows using OAuth2 and JWT.
• Collaborate on complex state management strategies, data caching, and synchronization across different React-based architectures.
• Contribute to unit, integration, and automated test coverage to ensure high code quality and system reliability.
• Participate in technical design discussions and support containerized deployment workflows using Docker.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience with Java 16+ and the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development patterns.
• Proven experience with state management paradigms such as Redux/redux-saga or React Query/Zustand.
• Ability to work across the full stack, delivering complete features in a production environment.
• Understanding of secure development practices, particularly regarding sensitive healthcare data.
