Full Stack Team Leader - Content Management System

The Multiple is a dynamic iGaming service provider dedicated to empowering operators through cutting-edge technology and expert solutions. We are currently seeking a Full Stack Team Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our B2B Content Management System, playing a pivotal role in scaling our platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated CMS team focused on implementing, maintaining, and expanding our system for new global markets.
• Contribute directly to the core library of the CMS and oversee the migration and release processes.
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance across multiple brands.
• Ensure system stability and quality through rigorous code reviews and comprehensive test coverage.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role with a strong sense of ownership.
• Extensive experience working with DirectUs or similar headless CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, with additional knowledge of Node, Typescript, GraphQL, and Vue considered a significant asset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
