Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing processes to increase team velocity.
• Design and implement an AI-native product development lifecycle, integrating modern tools and tracking performance metrics.
• Ship full-stack solutions independently while collaborating with product teams to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Mentor and upskill the engineering team, raising execution standards and scaling best practices across the organization.
• Drive product innovation by defining and running experiments based on data-driven insights.
