Full Stack Marketing Specialist

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company with over 19 years of experience, currently seeking a Full Stack Marketing Specialist to drive growth across global digital projects. You will work with international clients to transform their businesses through effective marketing strategies and innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting client discovery sessions and marketing workshops to identify core business problems.
• Translating business objectives into comprehensive marketing strategies and conducting audits.
• Presenting and defending strategic recommendations to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Supporting pre-sales activities, including defining project scope and preparing commercial proposals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in an agency environment.
• Strong background in marketing research, GTM strategy, and product positioning.
• Ability to connect marketing activities directly to business and revenue outcomes.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English and Advanced proficiency in Russian.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex, ambiguous business challenges.
