Full-Stack Engineer

YOUR ITEAMS is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve the server-side architecture and related front-end components of a product that converts Figma designs into QML for Qt Desktop and Qt for MCUs. You will focus on product development, working on a single project at a time within a supportive, non-corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and extend backend services using NestJS, Fastify, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Redis, and S3.
• Design and improve WebRTC signaling server and data-channel logic, including connection handling and backpressure management.
• Manage AWS infrastructure as code using CDK stacks for ECS Fargate, ALBs, ElastiCache, RDS, and Amplify.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including release automation and validation workflows.
• Drive test automation and ensure production-grade operation through monitoring, health checks, and security measures.

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js backend experience, with preference for NestJS and Fastify.
• Solid AWS experience, including infrastructure as code using CDK in TypeScript.
• Practical experience operating ECS Fargate, ALBs, RDS, ElastiCache, and S3.
• Proven ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and implement robust testing strategies.
• Operational mindset with a focus on observability, security, and incident mitigation.
