Full Stack Engineer (Europe)

Kalepa is building professional-grade AI systems for the insurance industry, creating software that reads, reasons, and acts within complex workflows. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our global team and contribute to the development of our AI operating system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable backend and frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with a global team of engineers on NLP, data pipelines, and machine learning models.
• Design and implement robust infrastructure to support real-world AI applications.
• Take full ownership of projects, driving them from conception to production.
• Solve complex problems at the intersection of distributed systems and data processing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, serverless technologies, and asynchronous workflows.
