Full Stack Developer/Lead (React & Kotlin)

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer/Lead to join our team in building modern, scalable digital solutions. You will work across the entire technology stack, leveraging your expertise in React and Kotlin to deliver high-quality applications in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Kotlin.
• Lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and UX/UI designers to drive project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack development with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend technologies including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated track record in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role, including mentoring and driving technical decisions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
