Full Stack Developer

micro1 is seeking skilled Full Stack Developers to contribute to an innovative project focused on training next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your end-to-end development expertise to create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test an AI model's ability to solve complex software problems across the entire stack.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute clear code samples, debugging approaches, and development insights using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs that span both the user interface and the underlying API or database layers.
• Build small to medium features end-to-end, from the interface through to the data layer, while following industry-standard coding practices.
• Improve existing frontend and backend code to ensure it remains clean, consistent, and easy to maintain.
• Document your reasoning, approach, and technical decisions to support the quality of AI training data.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building both frontend and backend applications.
• Proficiency with at least one frontend framework like React, Vue, or Angular and one backend stack such as Node, Python, or Java.
• Solid understanding of how frontend and backend systems connect through APIs.
• Strong ability to debug issues that cross the frontend and backend boundary.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to explain technical decisions clearly.
