At SonarHome we help people to make and execute the right decisions when selling or buying a property. We provide technology to find the best price and build an optimal home sales strategy. We’re the market leader in Poland and expanding throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

SonarHome is a small team of less than 25 individuals, including the development team. A true core of our cooperation is remote work, which allows us to build global relationships based on trust and flexibility. We're looking now for a Full-stack developer who would mostly strengthen our frontend capabilities.

Our frontend technological stack is based on React, Next.js, Typescript, GraphQL and Tailwind CSS. The backend is developed in Ruby on Rails with Postgres database. We use Kubernetes and CI/CD for deployment. We ensure high code quality through code review, formatters, linters and dependabot. On a daily basis, we also use tools like ClickUp, Slack, GitHub or Metabase.

What makes you a good fit?

1. Full-stack attitude and ability to independently deliver end-to-end solutions

2. 2+ years of professional software development experience, or equivalent hands-on experience building and maintaining production software, such as your own commercial products, or impactful open-source projects.

3. Experience with at least one major backend framework

4. Product-oriented thinking

5. Understanding of relational databases

6. Knowledge of modern React and frontend patterns, TypeScript, component architecture, advanced state management.

7. Strong grasp of SSR/ISR frameworks (Next.js, etc.).

8. AI-aware, but not AI-blind – you leverage AI for code generation and refactoring, but always review, question, and improve its output

9. Fluency in modern JS tooling.

10. Clean code, attention to detail

11. Comfortable communicating in English (spoken & written).

Nice to haves:

1. Ruby on Rails experience

2. Sharp SQL Skills

3. GraphQL experience (schema design, Apollo/urql, caching).

4. Comfortable communicating in Polish (spoken & written).

What will you be responsible for?

You'll be developing and maintaining our Frontend apps (both internal and user-facing) and building our company’s frontend.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Building new full-stack features,

2. Reviewing code written by other team members

3. Conducting experiments, refactoring, upgrading and maintaining,

4. Working closely with our Product Team and CEO to help address business problems,

5. Fixing bugs and improving the product for our customers and partners.

6. Shaping our front-end culture: identifying potential refactors, performance bottlenecks, designing new and streamlining existing solutions
