Full Stack Developer (Java and Angular)

XTB is a global leader in the financial industry and the largest FinTech in Poland, specializing in online trading of financial instruments. We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Customer Care team, where you will design and develop an ecosystem of AI-based solutions, including internal microservices and client-facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Developing high-performance backend microservices using Java 21 and Micronaut.
• Building and maintaining user interfaces with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Collaborating within a Scrum environment to deliver scalable, high-availability systems.
• Processing massive volumes of data with minimal latency to support global operations.
• Ensuring code quality through testing and adherence to best engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience in building Java-based microservices and understanding scalability.
• Solid expertise in the Angular framework, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust, technical solutions.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks and project risks.
