Full-Stack Developer (Angular / Nest.js)

dotLinkers is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join an innovative software company focused on delivering a modern, cloud-based practice management and CRM solution. You will join a highly autonomous team dedicated to refactoring a core product from a monolith into scalable microservices while migrating to the latest technology stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain the cloud-based platform with a focus on a 60% frontend and 40% backend workload.
• Actively participate in architecture modernization, including refactoring the monolith and migrating the legacy frontend to the latest Angular version.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high software quality.
• Implement automated E2E test scenarios using Playwright and ensure software reliability through self-testing.
• Collaborate with the team during daily synchronization meetings to ensure project alignment and progress.

Requirements

• Around 2–3 years of commercial experience in full-stack web development.
• Professional experience or strong openness to working with Angular.
• Solid knowledge of backend development using Node.js and Nest.js.
• Basic understanding of SQL and an interest in modern testing practices.
• Polish residency and working proficiency in Polish to facilitate daily team communication.
• A proactive mindset focused on autonomy, task ownership, and challenging the status quo.
