Full Stack Developer - Lead (React & Kotlin)

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative, scalable digital solutions while working across the entire technology stack to drive product success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Kotlin.
• Collaborate on system architecture and technical design decisions to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Lead development activities, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes while maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Full Stack development with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Solid practical experience in backend development using Kotlin.
• Demonstrated experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role with a track record of driving project delivery.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional, distributed teams.
