Full-Stack AI Software Engineer (Python / React)

co.brick Talents is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join an innovative project focused on building a conversational Voice AI platform for the US HealthTech market. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a product-focused environment and is eager to work with modern technologies to solve complex real-time communication challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build high-performance backend microservices using Python, FastAPI, and WebSockets while developing responsive frontend dashboards with React and TypeScript.
• Integrate third-party telephony APIs and voice AI endpoints into system workflows to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Design and maintain robust backend databases and storage mechanisms to manage user preferences, conversation logs, and historical data.
• Optimize asynchronous pipelines for low latency and ensure all systems adhere to strict health data security standards.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial full-stack development experience with a strong command of Python and React/TypeScript.
• Solid proficiency in the backend ecosystem including FastAPI, AsyncIO, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Practical experience connecting to external LLM APIs and a foundational understanding of Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech integrations.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools such as Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Fluent English communication skills, as this is the primary working language for direct client interaction.
