Full-Stack AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

ASTEK Polska is looking for a skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team and focus on developing advanced Agentic AI solutions. You will play a key role in building and maintaining intelligent applications that support complex business processes, working across the entire software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI applications and Agentic AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and AWS.
• Build and enhance AI Agents and AI Assistants specifically tailored to support Finance business processes.
• Develop scalable backend services in Python and create lightweight frontend interfaces using tools like Streamlit or Dash.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional, AI-powered solutions.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions within AWS cloud environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and developing AI-powered applications and autonomous AI Agents.
• Strong Python programming skills with a focus on building robust backend solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as OpenAI SDK, Anthropic Agent SDK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Solid understanding of AI application architecture and the ability to design end-to-end solutions.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services and a full-stack mindset to own solutions throughout their lifecycle.
