Frontend Engineering Team Lead

Sporty Group is seeking a Frontend Engineering Team Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will lead a talented group of developers, balancing hands-on coding with line management to foster technical innovation and team growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture.
• Participate in high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems.
• Drive the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct regular code reviews and manage team members' performance and career development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
• At least 4 years in a relevant role and 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proficiency in Git, ES6, Webpack, Less or Sass, and NodeJS.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex, Redux, or Ngrx.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with backend stacks like Java and SpringBoot.
