Frontend Engineer (React, Typescript)

B3 Consulting Poland is looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join an R&D project for a global electronics manufacturer. You will work on complex, data-intensive applications where algorithmic correctness and performance optimization are at the core of daily development.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing advanced business logic and complex data transformations on the frontend.
• Building and maintaining scalable React components using the Atomic Design methodology.
• Managing application state with Redux and ensuring efficient integration with REST APIs.
• Taking full ownership of software engineering tasks, from mapping business logic to final implementation.
• Ensuring high code quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews, and adherence to SOLID principles.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in React (hooks, Context API) and TypeScript (generic types, component typing).
• Deep understanding of Redux architecture, state immutability, and selector-based optimization.
• Experience in designing modular component structures and separating logic from the view layer.
• Strong architectural thinking regarding data flow and performance with large datasets.
• Professional command of English (B2+) and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
