Frontend Engineer

Brack.Alltron Service AG is looking for a passionate Frontend Engineer to join our cross-functional team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our e-commerce platforms by developing high-quality, scalable frontend architectures that enhance user experience and drive brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement new features for our online shops from concept to production.
• Develop performant, reusable components using React and TypeScript with a focus on pixel-perfect UI/UX.
• Collaborate with the mobile team to leverage Flutter knowledge and ensure consistent user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and promote Clean Code practices, test-driven development, and technical documentation.
• Optimize web application performance, accessibility, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in frontend development, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
• Excellent proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL, as well as CI/CD tools and container technologies like Docker.
• Strong quality awareness regarding testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of Flutter and architectural concepts like Micro-Frontends or Domain Driven Design is considered a significant advantage.
