Key responsibilities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading engineers in distributed software environments.
• Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in web technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven track record of shipping sophisticated user-facing experiences on time.
• Experience with frontend platform initiatives, such as design systems or architectural improvements.
• Ability to hire, mentor, and empower team members with diverse skill sets.
