WolfSteel Buildings is seeking a dedicated and organized Concrete Scheduling Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing concrete project installation schedules, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and contractors, and maintaining clear communication throughout the entire installation process.

Key responsibilities

• Verify purchase orders with clients and contractors to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain consistent communication regarding schedule updates and site details.
• Collaborate closely with the Concrete Team to manage project timelines effectively.
• Set realistic expectations for clients regarding arrival times and project progress.
• Manage a high workload while ensuring all project milestones are met.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with a neutral accent.
• Proficiency in typing and translating in both English and Spanish with strong grammar.
• Reliable internet service and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
