Freelance Senior FLEXCUBE System Analyst (B2B Contract)

WISE INTEGRATION is seeking two highly experienced Senior FLEXCUBE System Analysts to join a core banking team dedicated to the transformation and optimization of the Oracle FLEXCUBE platform. This senior techno-functional role requires a specialist capable of bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation within a large-scale banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and improve core functionality within the Oracle FLEXCUBE platform.
• Support platform-level development and lead initiatives to reduce accumulated technical debt.
• Configure FLEXCUBE products, parameters, events, accounting roles, and accounting rules.
• Investigate production issues by analyzing database queries, application logs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) product setup and architecture.
• Deep understanding of core banking operations, including account lifecycles, interest, fees, and accounting entries.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Proficiency in analyzing integrations using SOAP/REST web services and XML messages.
• Ability to independently investigate complex platform-level problems and analyze UNIX/Linux application logs.
• Fluent English communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.
