Freelance Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for an ongoing freelance collaboration supporting international marketing and advertising projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating advertising and marketing production projects.

• Creating and maintaining project timelines and ensuring on-time delivery.

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution.

• Coordinating communication and collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders.

• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth workflow.

• Preparing project-related documentation, reports, and status updates.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management within the advertising, marketing, creative, or production industry.

• Strong English communication skills (daily interaction with international clients).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, or similar is a plus.
