Freelance Mid/Senior Analytics Engineer (EU citizenship (preferably Lithuania))

WISE INTEGRATION is seeking a skilled Mid/Senior Analytics Engineer to join a manufacturing sector project focused on migrating ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and building a modern analytics platform. You will play a key role in transforming planning and operational data into reliable business insights using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the client's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by aligning sales, demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Translate S&OP requirements into analytical data models and Power BI dashboards to support demand and supply balancing.
• Integrate data from Dynamics 365 and other business systems into Microsoft Fabric to ensure consistent planning inputs.
• Design and develop analytics solutions while optimizing data processing using Spark and SQL.
• Contribute to the implementation of Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architecture, including the Medallion approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing S&OP processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, D365 data analysis, and data modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Spark and SQL.
• Solid understanding of Lakehouse, DWH concepts, and Medallion Architecture.
• EU citizenship (preferably Lithuania) and B2+ English proficiency.
