Freelance Corporate Facilitator — Leadership & Management

Marcus Evans is a global leader in business intelligence and performance improvement. Through our consultancy arm, ME Perform, we design and deliver bespoke training programmes that drive real behavioral change within organizations. We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Corporate Facilitator to join our team and deliver high-impact leadership and management sessions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online sessions to a consistently high standard, following our structured programme designs.
• Prepare thoroughly using the written briefs provided at least five working days before each session.
• Facilitate small-group work, provide direct feedback, and coach participants in the moment to ensure active learning.
• Manage diverse groups, including senior participants, to maintain engagement and focus throughout the session.
• Submit brief written session notes within 48 hours to support ongoing programme development.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of substantial experience in facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional audiences.
• Strong online delivery skills, including confidence in managing breakout groups and technical mechanics.
• Ability to deliver material designed by others while adhering strictly to the provided structure.
• Skilled at running practice-based sessions and providing direct, constructive feedback to adults.
• Fluent, professional English and the ability to engage effectively with senior corporate audiences.
