Freelance Academic Expert (Remote, Part-time)

We are currently seeking experienced subject experts to join our remote team and provide professional academic coaching across a wide range of disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert academic guidance and constructive feedback tailored to your specific field of study.
• Advise learners on research design, literature review strategies, and complex methodological choices.
• Assist students in structuring and refining their own essays, reports, theses, and dissertations.
• Review academic drafts against specific marking criteria to provide actionable, high-level comments.
• Collaborate effectively with Academic Project Coordinators to ensure clear communication and timely project completion.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in any discipline, with a particular interest in Business, Education, Law, IT, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in academic research and professional writing, with publications considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language, equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
• Deep familiarity with standard referencing systems such as APA or Harvard and a commitment to academic integrity.
