Fractional Women's Health Recruiter (Q4)

Diana Health is a high-growth network of modern women's health practices dedicated to setting a new standard of care that empowers women. We are seeking a Fractional Clinical Recruiter to join our interdisciplinary team and help us connect talented healthcare professionals with our mission-driven clinical sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Advanced Practice Provider roles, including sourcing, resume screening, and conducting in-depth interviews.
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings across multiple states.
• Coordinate interviews across various stakeholders and maintain proactive, personalized communication with all candidates.
• Deliver routine hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience is required.
• Strong preference for experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs).
• Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools, as well as Google Suite.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven approach.
