FP&A Specialist

Trafilea is a leading Consumer Tech Platform dedicated to transformative brand growth, building an AI-powered engine for the next generation of consumer brands. We are seeking an experienced FP&A Specialist to join our global team and help drive financial excellence through data-driven insights and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting, reforecasting, and business planning processes.
• Analyze deviations against plans, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actionable business outcomes.
• Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, key performance indicators, and cash burn.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI departments.
• Improve FP&A processes end-to-end by focusing on clarity, speed, accuracy, and automation.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of professional experience in FP&A or similar financial roles.
• Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive and autonomous mindset, comfortable operating effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex numbers into clear business narratives.
• A builder mindset focused on improving existing systems rather than accepting the status quo.
