FP&A Manager

Creatio is a leading AI CRM and workflow platform that empowers organizations to automate complex processes globally. We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team and drive financial excellence through strategic planning, budgeting, and insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes.
• Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning models to ensure data accuracy.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner, providing actionable insights to cost center managers to drive improved financial results.
• Perform in-depth reviews of monthly actuals versus forecasts to support strategic initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, focusing on automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in FP&A roles.
• Fluency in written and conversational English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
• Proficiency in enterprise-level FP&A tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or NetSuite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
