FP&A / Financial Planning Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced FP&A / Financial Planning Consultant to join our team and contribute to both the tender process and the subsequent project implementation phases.

Key responsibilities

• Support the tender process by defining and designing proposed financial solutions.
• Advise on technical approaches and contribute to the preparation of tender offers.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into robust planning models and solution architectures.
• Oversee the implementation of planning solutions from the initial business concept to final delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar consulting role.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Expertise in driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and cost allocation models.
• Ability to define planning concepts, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, with a strong preference for Polish language skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP Datasphere is considered a significant advantage.
