FP&A Director

Trafilea is a leading Consumer Tech Platform dedicated to transformative brand growth, building the AI-powered engine that scales the next generation of global consumer brands. We are seeking an experienced FP&A Director to lead our global financial planning and analysis function, serving as a strategic partner to our executive team, Board, and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end annual business planning, monthly forecasting, performance management, and variance analysis processes.
• Translate complex financial and business data into actionable, forward-looking insights for senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead the investor relations program and manage key capital markets and fundraising workstreams, including financial modeling.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Accounting departments to optimize profitability, P&L performance, and cash flow.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team focused on accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, with at least 3–5 years at the Director level.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the retail sector, with a strong preference for e-commerce expertise.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years leading or contributing to capital markets and fundraising initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to executive stakeholders and investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; an MBA or Master’s in Finance is strongly preferred.
