Founding HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy

Hone Health is a pioneering online medical clinic dedicated to transforming healthcare and enhancing longevity through cutting-edge science. We are seeking a Founding HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy to join our People Ops team and lead our full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, shaping role scope, market compensation, and hiring strategy rather than just managing requisitions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates to cultivate a robust talent pipeline for future growth.
• Drive a structured, consistent, and fair interview process that aligns with Hone’s core values and high hiring standards.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline management while maintaining data integrity in Greenhouse.
• Contribute to the development of our recruiting infrastructure, including process documentation, interview training, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a founding or high-growth startup role.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership, with the confidence to advise and push back on hiring decisions when necessary.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, modern sourcing tools, and the regular use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in a professional workflow.
• Strong instincts for candidate quality and culture fit, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while managing multiple priorities autonomously.
