Forward Deployment Engineer-Healthcare experience preferred/ 100% remote

Medina Talent Group is seeking a skilled Forward Deployment Engineer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a versatile full-stack generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a strong background in data engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of technical projects, from initial scoping through to final delivery.
• Design and implement robust batch data pipelines capable of processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data at scale.
• Collaborate directly with customers to adapt to changing requirements and solve complex technical challenges under tight deadlines.
• Apply a deep understanding of AI/ML training workflows to support advanced technical initiatives.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Proven proficiency with ETL processes and SQL.
• A degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally within a VC-backed startup or a high-impact big tech environment.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience operating in healthcare data environments and managing PHI compliance.
