Forward Deployment Engineer | AI & GenAI Solutions

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to join a dynamic team at the intersection of product engineering and artificial intelligence. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge GenAI solutions, helping organizations unlock real value through innovative enterprise technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
• Lead technical implementations and support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the deployment.
• Integrate advanced AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms and distributed systems.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to drive innovation and shape technical strategy.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical consulting roles.
• Hands-on expertise in building applications with LLMs, vector databases, and Generative AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, alongside cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of modern infrastructure tools including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead technical projects.
