Forward Deployed Engineer

Link Group is seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team in building cutting-edge GenAI solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and deploying sophisticated multi-agent systems and autonomous agents, working in a fast-paced environment where rapid prototyping meets production-grade reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy sophisticated GenAI solutions, including multi-agent orchestration systems and advanced RAG architectures.
• Write clean, production-grade code across the stack using Python alongside TypeScript, JavaScript, or Go.
• Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect AI agents with external systems and data stores.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to benchmark agent performance, accuracy, and latency in production environments.
• Leverage AI coding assistants as your primary development interface to accelerate solution delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack or AI/ML software engineering with a proven track record of shipping production software.
• Deep familiarity with modern Generative AI patterns, including agents, multi-agent frameworks, and LLM evaluation strategies.
• Direct experience with MCP servers, headless agents, and harness engineering patterns.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid capability in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Go.
• Startup or innovation mindset with experience in fast-paced environments where speed to market is critical.
