Forward Deployed Engineer

BLP Digital is a fast-growing SaaS scaleup redefining ERP automation through agentic AI. We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team and solve complex enterprise challenges by building AI agents that automate critical business processes for global industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with end-users and client engineers to identify and solve real-world workflow problems.
• Translate complex business processes into technical solutions, including architecture, data modeling, and agent logic.
• Develop and deploy production-ready software rapidly, incorporating user feedback through iterative cycles.
• Manage observability and system evaluations to ensure reliability in live customer environments.
• Contribute to a library of reusable components and patterns to accelerate future client engagements.

Requirements

• Proven experience taking systems from zero to production and maintaining them in real-world conditions.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience integrating with legacy systems, APIs, and authentication flows.
• Deep understanding of modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Experience automating business processes within ERP environments such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-facing mindset and the ability to navigate technical ambiguity.
