Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and business strategy, ensuring successful implementations of complex, agentic solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and ideate opportunities to drive the adoption of agentic solutions, complex data models, and intricate workflows.
• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments, moving from prototype to stable production environments.
• Build full-stack systems that deliver measurable customer value and workflow impact.
• Collaborate closely with account teams to understand client needs and guide the adoption of deployed solutions.
• Share field feedback with Research and Product teams to improve model performance and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with professional-level certification required.
• 7+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience involving customer-facing or stakeholder-facing work.
• Expertise in production-grade code across frontend and backend using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks.
• Proven experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Strong ability to drive solutions from ambiguity to simplicity in fast-paced environments.
