Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Blazity is a team of AI engineering experts building intelligent agents and modern digital experiences for enterprise clients worldwide. We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join a long-term project, working at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and direct customer consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to design and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Build custom integrations, workflows, and user experiences while connecting applications with AI platforms.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, participating in workshops and architecture discussions.
• Share technical insights with product teams to help transform customer-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, and modern evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience with the ability to build production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI models, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and function calling.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Availability for at least 80% overlap with New York business hours, typically starting work around 1:00–2:00 PM Polish time.
