Key responsibilities

• Utilize your active food delivery app account and order history to generate realistic user scenarios and search intents.
• Evaluate, annotate, and provide detailed feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
• Document your thought process and reasoning clearly to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
• Identify usability issues and flag inconsistencies across various food delivery and grocery platforms.

Requirements

• Active user of food delivery apps with a documented order history and strong familiarity with restaurant discovery ecosystems.
• Exceptional written English communication skills with the ability to provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in using smartphones or desktops to navigate and test digital applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing remote tasks efficiently.
