Flutter Tech Lead

GR8 Tech builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead. We deliver full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale, powering millions of active players and driving real business growth. We are looking for a Flutter Tech Lead to own and drive the frontend mobile architecture across our flagship products.

Key responsibilities

• Own high-level mobile system architecture, defining patterns that keep our mobile apps stable, modular, and fast.
• Translate business goals into robust technical blueprints and establish engineering benchmarks for performance.
• Contribute hands-on code to critical, high-complexity systems and core framework libraries.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, driving engineering culture through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Product Managers and Team Leads to align technical roadmaps with product release schedules.

Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial software development, with 3+ years dedicated to Flutter/Dart and native iOS or Android experience.
• Strong system design and architectural thinking, with deep mastery of Dart internals and Flutter's rendering pipeline.
• Proven ability to balance technical quality vs delivery speed, taking full ownership of technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience with high-frequency real-time data handling and mobile security standards.
• Effective communication skills with an ability to work smoothly in cross-functional environments.
