Flutter Software Engineer

Droids On Roids, now part of the Apadmi group, is looking for a passionate Flutter Software Engineer to join our team. We specialize in creating high-impact digital products and are seeking a developer who is eager to contribute to end-to-end mobile solutions while collaborating with experienced cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build end-to-end mobile applications and backend-as-a-service solutions using the Firebase platform.
• Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate within Agile teams alongside Product Owners, QAs, designers, and other developers.
• Manage and adjust CI/CD pipelines to meet specific project requirements.
• Communicate directly with clients to propose effective technical solutions that drive business value.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Firebase Firestore and Security Rules.
• Ability to build Firebase Cloud Functions using TypeScript.
• Solid experience in writing unit, integration, and golden tests.
• Proven track record of working in an Agile environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent command of English and Polish, with excellent communication skills for client-facing roles.
